You are the one who can choose what to focus on during the session. I use different methodologies as needed.
You may want to focus on something you want to achieve or a challenging situation you want to overcome or a decision you have to take.
For example, if the memory of something that happened generates negative emotions or if a trauma is brought to light I use specific techniques.
Sometimes questioning and changing limiting beliefs is what is needed. Or learning to meditate and practice presence using Mindfulness principles.
