It is exciting to see how many more people really want to live more peacefully and are getting fed up with the “human dramas” we create with our minds. Most of our thoughts are automatic. They are the product of conditioning we have acquired during the course of Life.
By learning to use the mental faculties more objectively, a distinction can be made between what is factual and what is the result of interpretation and produces a story.
There is nothing wrong with stories if they are considered for what they are: facts to which we have ascribed our own subjective interpretations.
Suffering is generated when we believe these stories to be true and would like others to interpret things as we do.
It is possible to find out why you are suffering and free yourself from suffering by attending meetings or private sessions.
